It was déjà vu. I stood like a coward behind the bushes whilst Richard and Jaxson went to the Harbor pack house to inform them we were here again for training. This time it wasn't Adan who came to the door, but Jake, one of his best friends. Jake, out of all them, was actually nice. Even before he was mated, despite being a playboy, he wasn't as bad as the other guys. Yeah, he slept with girls like they were going out of fashion, but he never led anyone on or broke their hearts. A specialty for the other guys. I didn't bother listening in to what they were saying; I just wished they would hurry up because my wolf was itching to be let free. Carlie, come to the house.
