  Dalise POV

  

      My eyes opened and I was staring up at the ceiling. This feeling? What is it? A slow painful burning feeling spread throughout my body. I clenched my sheets in pain. I tried getting up but I ended up rolling out of my bed causing a loud thud. I couldn't breathe at all, what the hell is happening to me?! I swear to god if it's Elliots doing the devils tango I'm killing him for sure. My bedroom door flew open and my mom ran in. 

  

      "Dalise what's wrong?!" My mom kneel down in from of me and held my face, 

  

      "M-My body hurts, I can't breathe."I tried getting up but if I move one inch pain just spread everywhere. Not only that but I was getting irritated very irritated. I think I might just punch a wall. My dad ran into the room frantically too. 

  

      "I'm going mad mom, I need to transfer my anger somewhere!" I snapped. My mom tried holding me 

  I was in chemistry right now, we were doing a little lab. Jenny, Thomas and Jamie decided to all become buddy buddy and sit around me. Was I annoyed just a bit, because the little two rat boys were annoying. They keep asking me question and Jenny girl over here is like drooling over them for the past 20 minutes. My pencil was going in weird directions as I scribbled around on the paper. 

  

      I can't even concentrate, I'm tired, hungry and I really just want to go under my blankets and pass out. Definitely I'm on the path to losing it, if something bad happens right now I might just explode. I rubbed my face with my hands and huffed out. 

  

      All I wanted was peace. 

  

      "Are you ok?" Thomas asked me and I stared at him with a tight smile. 

  

      "Does it loo-" That horrible burning feeling started to rise in my body and I gnawed on lip. Ok all I have to do is 

  I've seen her fight plenty of times, sure she's good not the best. In all honestly all the people she fought were weaker than her. Not the same level as her, however that's not my place to say anything at all.

  

      "You seem irritated." Jenny asked. I waved her off a bit.

  

      "I'm not irritated it's just, I don't understand these people thought process." I tilted my head to the side. Me and her have different ranks, she's a beta and I'm an alpha. Even if I got weaker I would still beat her cause alpha's are still naturally stronger.

  

      "I'll be cheering you on but I heard she's pretty strong. Are you sure you can beat her?"Jenny asked. My demeanor went dark and she sensed it.

  

      "Watch how you speak about me now." I warned her. Then again I don't fight at school, the chances of you seeing me throwing my fist is zero. I'm a scholar now, fighting should take place on fighting grounds.

  

      "You're going to fight Veronica?" Someone annoying said.

  

      "Yes is there a problem with that your highness?" I faced Niall with a blank face.

  

      "I just don't think you should fight her in your condition." I snorted, is he giving sympathy? He's concerned for my well being now? Now he is? Bullshit. 

  

      "Why do you care? Weren't you the one who rejected me? I don't need your concerns." I laughed out.

  

      Truly unbelievable.

      I changed into some gym shorts and a random hoody I couldn't care about. I stretched out my tense muscles. Finally it's time to humble a rat. I can't wait to see her kneeling down in front of me. Oh my god maybe I am a sadist?! I like seeing people in pain.

  

      After stretching I left locker room and wen to the fighting grounds on school. It's a place to spare during gym. There was already a crowd there, aren't they just very excited to see this. As I walked up they parted like the sea and there stood Veronica in her whole glory.

  

      "I thought you weren't going to show up. " Veronica said while putting her hand's on her hips.

  

      "Why wouldn't I? If it means I get to embarrass you, I will always show up." I winked at her.

  

      Ok no more jokes Dalise let's get serious. Me and Veronica stood in front of each other, she was eyeing me as if I was her prey. My face remained blank, let's get this over with. I have to catch up on some shows.

  

      "So this is how it's gonna work you can turn into your wolves. No gifted powers Dalise or weapons got it." Jay said. Using weapons would've been fun honestly, rules are rules I guess.

  

      "Yes sir." I gave him a two finger salute. Jay went back to his position and nodded at me. Toby had a worried expression on his face. Funny earlier he was so happy I was finally going to fight. It's a bit too late to be a worry older brother.

  

      "Ready...Fight!" Jay yelled. The cheering began. Now let's see how strong she really is.

  

      Veronica started to attack me with her little manicured fist. I dodged them easily, we were practically dancing in a tango as she tried to punch me. She was creating a rather amateur opening for me. I swiftly punched her in the stomach harshly and she doubled over. I grabbed the back of her neck so she can face me and I punched her dead in the nose. There was a sound of a crack. The crowd was silent and she had a shocked face.

  

      "You broke my nose!" She screeched.

  

      "This is a fight, what else would you expect? " I questioned her as is she was stupid. Veronica was losing her cool and that's what I wanted to see. I wanted to see her go batshit crazy.

  

      I ran towards her she had a confused face and I just smirked. When she wasn't focusing I grabbed her by the neck and slammed her down. She gasped for air and I gave her a mocking smile and stood up.

  

      "Weak aren't we?" I mocked. 

  

      There it was that crazed look of hers. I heard her bones cracking as she shifted into her wolf. Her wolf was a plain brown one nothing special. It was just like 7 inches taller than me. I chuckled on how cute it look, I thought she would be a large wolf but she's not.

  

      "Aren't you just cute." My voice was devoid of emotions and I stared right into her eyes. I tried patting her head, she tried to bite me. I quickly grabbed her snout with a smile.

  

      "Shit Dalise's about to go crazy." Toby said.

  

      "Crazy?" Jenny questioned confused.

  

      "When Dalise fights, she...turns into a monster." Jay explained. facts, when I fight I'm not myself. I become a total devil. I'm so ruthless and I make sure my opponent double down in absolute pain.

  

      Veronica was trying to remove my hand from her snout. I had other plans though.I clenched down on it and heard a crack. She whimpered in pain, she stumbled backwards. I let go of her snout and I walked towards her and kicked her hind legs. She fell down to the ground in pain and I looked down at her. I waited for her to get up, since I'm a righteous person it's only fair to fight them when they are standing.

  

      She tried to pounce on me, I jumped back. When she was about to bite me again, I caught her mouth. Her teeth cut into my finger, I didn't care and held open her mouth. I even had the audacity to try to open in wider to try to dislocate her jaw. Her claws tried scratching me and decided to kick her in the stomach. Veronica flew back and she was trying to get up. I see she's not giving up.

  

      "Still not giving up?" I said while walking towards her

  

      She was moving backwards, I kept walking towards her. I quickened my pace catching up to her, I grabbed onto her tail and dragged her back to her place. I put my foot on her head and literally stomped on her only two times. I kept my foot on top of her face and put more of my strength into it.

  

      "Shift back." I ordered. Addie came up to surface and her voice was combined with mines.

  

      She turned back to her human form and I kneeled down in front of her. There was fear in her eyes, isn't it just weird how she was looking at me as if I was the prey earlier. Now look at her, she's my prey now.

  

      "This isn't over, I will defeat you ." She growled at me. I laughed at her and grabbed her by the neck choking her.

  

      "How can you defeat me when you're the one looking up at me on the ground?" I asked. As if realization hit her, she backed down. I let go of her neck and stood up. Everyone was silent, and I mean everyone was silent. Shock filled their faces and I laughed a bit.

  

      "Now why don't y'all say hello to your new queen?" I laughed out.

  

      Causing chaos is sure is fun, sometimes that is.
