CHAPTER III - 07

"I must do this," Hera said and heaved a deep sigh. She felt that something was wrong with Ryan so she decided to take action. It was around 6 am. She made her way to her brother's room still dressed in her night robe. Alpha Luca was in a deep snooze. "Who is that?" he said while rubbing his drowsy eyes vigorously. Hera had been knocking heavily on the door to his chamber. It must either be Ryan or Hera he thought and stood up. He jumped out of the bed, unlocked the door and ushered Hera in. "I woke you up. I'm sorry," she said and sat by the edge of his bed. "It's okay." Alpha Luca sprang back to his bed and stretched forth his legs. "What's the emergency?" he demanded after yawning. "Ryan." she blurted. At the mention of Ryan, Alpha Luca's heart skipped a beat. Did Ryan mention anything to Hera about the kiss? he wondered and lowered his gaze. His sister noticed his tension and smiled inwardly. "I've noticed something weird about her last night." she disclosed. "What happe
