Aaron stopped in his tracks. His patience was tested. Bella shook off Justin’s arm and approached Aaron aggressively. She raised her arm, her eyes bulging, and gave Aaron two slaps with all her might. Everybody, including Justin, was stunned. Even Aaron was taken aback by the sudden attack. His burning cheek, buzzing ears, and bloodied lips woke him up from the trance. ‘She slapped me?!’ “Bella!” Feeling humiliated and angry, Aaron put his hand over his face and was on the verge of blowing up. Justin raced to Bella’s side and held her tightly in his arms, his menacing gaze meeting Aaron’s. Intimidated by Justin’s piercing eyes, Aaron lost himself to fear for a moment. “The first one is for Arnold. I don’t care about your relationship with him, but he’s like a brother to me. He’s my friend! If you think you can walk out of here like nothing ever happened, you have to go through me.” Bella commanded attention. “Wow! You’re amazing, Bella!” Sasha cried excitedly.
