71. OFFENSE

~ Violet ~ Hugo DeSantis knew how to throw an extravagant dinner party. He booked an entire country club in North Jersey to accommodate Damon’s family and his. In total, there were about a hundred people in attendance, the size of a small wedding party.  The country club was swinging, the food was amazing, and the alcohol was flowing freely. Everyone from Damon to Adrian, Talia, and all of Damon’s guys were eating and drinking and having a good time, but Violet had other things in mind. She was eating her meals slowly and carefully, and she always kept a close watch on Damon and Celina.  Violet noticed how Celina liked to steal glances at Damon. She was also trying way too hard to get his attention. She’d bat her eyes or giggle obnoxiously loud at everything he said. Thankfully though, Damon didn’t pay her any mind. He was too busy putting his hand on Violet’s thigh and spoon-feeding her the food on his plate.  Hmm. I really got a good one. Violet was smiling from ear to ear as Damon f
