As I walk out of the closet, I small, white box on my nightstand that I don't recognize catches my attention. I walk over to the nightstand and notice there's a note on top of the box. It reads, here's the phone I told you I could get for you. You can find the number in settings. At the bottom is my brothers name, signed in his handwriting, which reminds me of the beautiful journal he gave me filled with entries from when I was missing. I've got to read some more if it. I take the phone out of the box and stuff it into the pocket of my hoodie before leaving the room, making sure to close the door so no one walks by and sees the mess I've not cleaned up yet. When I enter Evan's room again, his backpack is on his back and he's folding up some blankets he was given, placing them on the bed. "Ready?" He asks me when he sees me walk in the room. "I wouldn't use the word ready to describe me right now, but yeah, I'm good to go." He offers me a small smi
