Victor looked around at the Regal Rock estate from the terrace battlements. There were seven towers, two reserved for key individuals the NWO wanted to protect. The guests included the Triumvirate billionaires Claire Holt, Rose and Carol Atelier, and Sebastian Damone, among others. One of Victor's thousand gifts was superhuman vision. He could see far-off things on activation with an eagle's accuracy and an owl's night vision. Scanning the estate, he saw a female standing on the northwest tower's terrace. Optimizing his eyes, Victor realized she was none other than Claire. The beauty was wearing a thin nightgown and was looking straight towards his building.
