KELLY THOMPSON'S POV The dawn breaks with a soft golden light filtering through the trees, casting a warm glow over our makeshift camp. I awaken to the sound of voices murmuring around me, the excitement of the impending confrontation palpable in the air.  Jason stirs beside me, his expression focused and determined.
