Elaina pov. After I unpacked I went to take a quick shower and now here I was standing in front of the window waiting for Alan to leave the room so I could hide the book. I still wasn't sure when or how to tell him about me being the White wolf so now I will just try to ignore it and focus on something else. "I have to go to my office. Emma is just two floors below us if you want to see her. And my office is just one floor below our room." he said to me and I turned around and nodded at him and then looked back out the window. I really could see far from this window. Even the big houses in the city and the border line to Alan's territory. "Elaina are you okay?" he asked me and came to stand next to me, taking my hand in his. "Yeah, I'm fine." I answered him and continued to look outside. Something didn't feel right. My wolf was on the edge. I was suddenly high on alert and trying to look for something in the woods.
