Chapter 1067 No Place To Run

Iris approached Simon and Simon received the blankets. They were standing close enough for Iris to feel the coldness coming from Simon’s body. When Simon took the blankets, his fingers accidentally brushed over Iris’s skin and his skin felt like ice when compared to hers. On the other hand, Iris’s skin had a sense of warmth to touch which made him want more. Iris realized it and quickly retracted her hands. Simon was stunned for a moment before he took the blankets as if nothing happened. Iris had brought two blankets out and she was supposed to pass one blanket to each of them but she did not want to have any interactions with Quentin, thus she just passed both blankets to Simon so that he could pass one blanket to Quentin on her behalf. “Should I get some hot water from inside the room?” She had to ask. Simon stared at her thin frame and rejected her offer. “It’s fine. We’re good with the blankets. It’s cold at night, you should go back inside to rest. Stop coming out here.”
