"Hi!" A high pitched voice yelled on the other side. I cringed while pulling the phone away from my ear to stop the assault on my hearing. "Who's this?" I asked politely. "You don't remember me?" Came the sullen voice on the other line. My attitude instantly brightened as I realized just who was calling me. "Of course I remember you, Calla dear! How could I forget?" I asked dramatically, instantly rewarded with her childish giggle that had my lips pulling into an ear to ear grin. "I told daddy all about you! I asked if we could come visit you again last night, but he said no. He yelled at me for talking to a stranger." She explained, clearly pouting. I couldn't help the snicker I released, knowing how psycho she probably made me sound retelling the story of our meeting to her father. What about her mom? She hasn't mentioned her once yet...
