Chapter 133 Jackson?

Maya's POV   I drifted into a peaceful sleep, far from what I had before. It felt good to be with Kieran; I hoped that he knew how safe he made me feel despite everything going on in our lives. I smiled to myself as I snuggled up closer to him, feeling the calming rhythm of his heartbeat. We had just had sex, and it had left me feeling so good and happy.   As my mind drifted through the surface of consciousness, I seemed to find myself standing in the middle of a dense forest; it looked familiar. Like a place I knew well. The trees towered above me like giants, their green leaves holding onto long branches that swirled around the air. Suddenly, a face began to emerge from the shadows. It looked familiar but quite blurred. Its features flicked in front of my eyes, a deep and gentle expression that beckoned me closer. I could feel my heart pounding as I just stared,  frozen to the spot. That face kept coming closer, and I felt a strange warmth radiating from it. "Who are you?" I called o
