Chapter 30 Ms. Shelton's Depression Is Fake
Elaine's pupils suddenly widened. She rushed out of the closet and lunged at Thea. "You're lying! That's impossible! Mr. Atkinson is still alive! He can still donate his heart to my brother!"
Thea stepped aside, smoothly dodging her. She calmly pulled up a photo on her phone and held it in front of Elaine's face.
"Here's his death certificate. Take a good look. He died the day before yesterday—Sunday. Francis Atkinson, age 42. You remember all that, don't you?"
Elaine shook her head frantically. When she finally saw the photo clearly, she stumbled back in terror. "No way. That's impossible."
