Chapter 27: A Visit to Raymond Pork

Early the next day, after she was through with breakfast and all, Violet set out for her destination which was the address Viola had given her. Her mother had stayed home because was not feeling very strong and Viola was still sleeping. She stayed late in bed always but today it served her well. Viola had also told her that Raymond leaves home by midday.  'I do not know if he has found another job. In which case, his schedule might change'. 'There's no harm in trying', Violet said. Violet got to the address she had been given and knocked on the door of the second flat on the left like she had been told to and after a while, someone came to the door . 'Who is that?' a husky voice asked. 'Look and see', Violet spoke cheerily. She had decoded to use her likeness to her sister to her advantage.
