Everyone doubted Kyle—except Annie. And so she became the only winner, solely because of her kindness. Everyone was still under the impression that Annie had been tricked by Kyle. Soon, she would realize that Kyle was nothing more than a complete fraud. In truth, the truly foolish one was never Annie but everyone else in the room. At that moment, Enzo sneered coldly. "Kyle, haven't you put on enough of an act? No matter what tricks you pull, you'll still have to kneel and crawl like a dog when Mr. Clements gets here!" As he spoke, his eyes gleamed with satisfaction. As if on cue, Mike, with his face dark and full of intent, was seen walking toward them with his hands clasped behind his back. Still grinning, Enzo greeted Mike, though his eyes hinted at reproach. "Mr. Clements, where have you been? I've been looking for you everywhere!" Mike flashed a bitter smile, then glanced at Kyle and gently shook his head. "It's nothing. It was a little hot in here, so I went outside for some
