      I was still in the pack hospital with Thea and received a call.

  

      "Liam? What happened? Virus invasion? Who did it?!" I was angry. Someone had dared to attack Saunders Group? I would kill them!

  

      "What happened, Hector?"

  

      "None of your business. Thea, go home and take good care of yourself." With those words, I left the hospital without listening to Thea's response.

  

      What a lousy woman.

  

      When I arrived at Saunders Group, chaos reigned. I hid my scent and found a shadowed place to silently observe everything.

  

      "Who did it? It's been hours. Why don't you have a clue? Are all the people in the technical department fools despite earning several million dollars a year? Our customer information is still leaking. If we don't fix the bug, Saunders Group will be a joke in New York. You will all be fired!"

      David, a werewolf from a filthy pack, stuck a toothpick between his lips. He led five hooligans behind him and walked up to me aggressively.

  

      "Your parents owed me money. They went to the werewolf court to sue me for a high-interest loan. I paid tens of millions of dollars and was detained for one year!"

  

      "When I came out to take revenge, I got the news that those two cowards had both been killed in the rogue war! Damn it!"

      Hector looked at me with a serious expression.

  

      Holding the checklist in my hand, I hesitated. Thea seemed to notice something and quickly stood between us. She took out her checklist and approached me. "Miss Green, look at my baby.       In the past, I thought of this woman as boring, like a marionette with no thoughts of her own. But now I realize that she is actually quite vigorous, with a talent for pungent satire and humorous mockery. She is like a wild wolf with its claws out, making people mad.

  

      How could she possibly need protection?

  

      Thea put on a rueful look and pulled my arm. "Hector, don't be angry with Miss Green. It's my fault. It's the baby's fault. Miss Green loves you so much, but she was forced to help us. It's normal for her to have grievances with me and the baby. Just let her vent..."

  

      "You're wrong," Emma snorted. "You and your baby don't need to thank me. I made it very clear just now. I'm not helping you, I'm throwing a dick, which happened to be picked up by you. So the name, Dick Saunders, is very suitable!"

      I was angry at the scummy man and hypocritical woman who caused my distress. Meanwhile, I felt sad about the small embryo growing inside my belly. It was supposed to have a brilliant life journey, but because of its scum father, its promising future was ruined.

      I took a deep breath, calmed down, and turned to my computer. My fingers quickly tapped on the keyboard, generating a long series of complex codes. In less than ten minutes, I had completed an intrusive virus program. After pressing the run button, I smiled in satisfaction.
