Sean's car arrived at Hugo's house early the next morning, right on time. When he saw Pearl stepping out of the house in a black dress with a mini pearl bag, he couldn't help but smile. He had texted her the previous night, asking her to wear a black dress, and she had surprisingly complied. It put Sean in a great mood. Pearl was about to open the car door when Sean lowered the window and looked at her teasingly. "What are you looking at?" She raised her eyebrows, sounding rude. Sean didn't argue with her and simply turned to start driving. They reached a shopping mall quite quickly. The mall was crowded, likely due to the recent National Day celebrations.
