Chapter 90

　　Ross's POV. 　　"That's not me," I said, but Penny didn't respond. I called out, "Serena!" but there was still no answer. 　　I sped up, arriving at the old water tower. I looked around but didn't see anyone. I parked my car and got out, yelling "Serena!" again. 　　But the area was empty, and I was met with silence. 　　I walked around, hoping to spot Serena or the car, but there was no one in sight. Then, I thought I heard a faint cry for help, but when I turned around, I saw no one. 　　"Serena!" I called out again, but there was only silence. As I took a step forward, a sharp pain hit me. I looked down and saw an earring on the ground. 　　It was one of the earrings Serena had worn on our date. My heart sank.
