I look at him, staring back at me, waiting for me to come with him. I sigh and go towards him. I was sure that our being outside would allow me to ask him a couple of questions, but he had left me flustered each time, which was quite surprising. I did not know if it was okay for me to trust him, but the truth is that if I don't, then I would really have no one else to trust.
I sigh and walk to him, standing by his side. The walk back to the hotel is silent, as if we are both trying to gather the courage to say something. I know very well that he does not need the courage like I do. He is confident, and even if he were not, his position in life definitely pushed him to be.
As we walk back to our room, I can't push the thought out of my mind; I need to know what he means by everything he said.
