Strange feelings

I burst out laughing. "A dick pic is what caused your accident?" You wouldn't be asking me if you saw it." He pointed over at his belongings on the spare chair. "Grab my phone and look. You'd hit a tree too if you saw that thing." I waved him off. "Nah, I'm good, but thanks. I'll take your word for it." But then I went serious and stared at him. "You promise you won't do something that stupid ever again. I was worried sick about you!"  He lost his playful demeanor and nodded his head at me. "I'm sorry, lynnt, I promise not to do that stupid shit again", He paused and looked at me, really looked at me. "Were you with Drake tonight?" I nodded without even thinking about it.
