Chapter 23

The moment Cillian said those words, the look of pain on Melanie's expression completely disappeared, replaced by one of shock. "The CCTV footage...but why?" Cillian turned and looked her over from head to toe. "Why not?" He asked. "Rather than standing around like an idiot and doing absolutely nothing, isn't this the easiest way to solve this?" As he said these words, he looked at Damien, almost as if he wanted him to know they had been directed at him. Damien didn't react, but the twitch at the corners of his lips was evidence enough that Cillian's words had gotten to him. Turning back to the crew member, Cillian ordered. "Get the copy." The crew member who he had ordered, looked in his supervisor's direction. Upon receiving his nod, the crew member left, presumably to get the copy. Melanie, who saw this, suddenly held her face and cried out. "Ah, it hurts so bad. Megan, please....please take me to the hospital immediately." Her agent, Megan, was about to say something, until she saw
