"He is one of my nephews, Gabriel's nephew to be precise. His mother is Gabriel's cousin." James lifted his chin and closed his eyes for a moment.
"Why did he come and deceive Delilah?" James asked again.
"At first, Gabriel wanted to destroy you by kidnapping and killing the girl. Because he knows that you hate when someone beats you up," Alberto replied. His gaze was straight while James stared at him from the side.
