I glanced at Ronald, then shifted my gaze to Paul. “I thought my brother was here in the country. You’ve got way more connections than I do, so I figured you knew before me. But since he’s overseas, and we as his family weren’t even notified yet… how come you guys knew first?” Paul’s face tensed, almost unnoticeably. Ronald, cool as ever, replied, “Are you saying it’s not okay for me to be more capable than you?” I let out a soft chuckle, hiding the suspicion in my eyes and casually slipped
