As soon as his words fell, everyone had placed folders on the table. Clearly, they had come prepared. Suzanne glanced around the room. Of the 20 family representatives in the National Gem Association, at least 15 had produced folders containing their company's performance reports for the year. It seemed that Gordon had indeed pulled some strings behind the scenes. At least ten of the 15 families had likely been bought off by him, and the rest might be under his influence as well. Harold gave an indifferent glance around the table, remaining composed in his seat as if he were completely unfazed by their preparation. Gordon was a little caught off guard.
