Adrian Shock and humiliation floods my body. All I can bring myself to do is watch as Stella passes me and exits the place that was once our home. As soon as the door closes, I can feel the anger inside my body boil over. I exit the living room and stand in the middle of the foyer. I look around, seeing that nobody else is home, and grunt to myself, bringing my phone out of my pocket. I dial a number and bring the phone to my ear. “Sir—” “Freeze all of Stella’s credit cards.
