"What do you mean, something about Rose?" Emma frowned as she walked up to Joseph. She pressed the back of her hand to his forehead, then to her own. "Joe, you don't have a fever, do you?" Joseph looked completely speechless, his face dark. "Emma, I know Rose is still alive. There's no need to play dumb." "Play dumb? What are you talking about?" Emma tilted her chin slightly, rounded eyes wide with innocence and confusion. Joseph's brows deepened as he stared at her. She didn't look like she was lying...
