Aaron had just gotten back from an advanced program overseas, wearing a faint, travel-worn look. He'd barely set foot in the Hart residence when a slender figure launched herself at him, sobbing. "Aaron! You're finally back!" Erin latched onto his arm, crying like she'd been terribly wronged. Aaron frowned, his heart aching for her, and he pulled her close by the shoulders. "What happened? Why are you crying?" In the living room, Erin sniffled and played up everything that happened at the hospital for maximum effect.
