After establishing the foundation, I brought in Natalie and Ethan to handle the daily operations.
Natalie was warm, outgoing, and great with people, so she managed external communications. On the other hand, Ethan was meticulous and level-headed. He was perfect for internal reviews and management.
Under their leadership, the foundation quickly found its footing. We helped many students in need and built an excellent reputation on campus. I'd drop by the foundation office from time to time.
Every visit, I'd find Ethan at his desk, methodically working through mountains of paperwork. He had a focus and composure that seemed beyond his years.
