"Mr. Cooper, you're finally awake!" Alex cried. Stephen's whole body ached. His throat was extremely hoarse as his breath came out in wheezes. He recalled seeing Luciana's face just before losing consciousness. Did that mean she hadn't forgotten about him and had intentions of getting back together with him?
