Chapter 56: I MISSED HER

“Anything missing, Inspector,” Mr. Thompson asked the inspector as soon as they came down the stairs, having checked the rooms repeatedly to be sure they hadn't missed anything. “Nothing at the moment, Mr. Thompson” Inspector Scott replied as he came to stand in front of them.
