Julian was stunned by my words.
He stared at me and said in disbelief, "What are you talking about? I'm a doctor. How could I not know about this? Didn't you say everything looked fine at your checkups?"
Tears blurred my vision.
"Yes! Everything was fine. But you forgot that when I was bleeding out and desperately needed blood, you gave the last bag to Tiffany. If it weren't for that, our baby wouldn't have suffocated to death!"
