Sebastian gripped Vivienne's hand. "It so happened that my schedule's free today. We can hang out. Would you like to go home, or do a bit of shopping?" Vivienne looked up, her eyes full of disbelief as she assessed him like he was a stranger. She began to think that whatever Sebastian was went beyond cold and ruthless, especially if he was offering to spend time with her after all that had happened. She shook off his grip, then rose from the couch and headed for the door. Sebastian frowned as he watched her leave. He reached for her wrist. "I'll give you a ride home." "No, I can make my way home just fine without you." "Stop being stubborn." Upon hearing this, Vivienne couldn't help the derisive snort that escaped her. "Sebastian, we've known each other for years now. Must I spell things out for you before you'd get the hint?" She met his stony stare and bit out coldly, "I don't want to see you right now, so I don't need you to give me a lift home. I'll go back alone. Got it?"
