Chapter 30 Peaceful sleep

Hazel's POV I had a peaceful sleep after the meal I had, the sleep had everything on my mind blown away, all worries were cast away as I had peace of mind. But it only lasted for a while, until Arnold had the maid call me for dinner. It should feel like I was in heaven because I had slept after a meal and had woke up to another meal but  it would feel like hell with Arnold sitting on the same dining room with me while I eat the food.  “Tell him, I will be down soon” I said, my voice sounding like the tough girl I always tried to be. Like I always made myself believe, I wanted to defy him, tell him I want my food in my room and not with a monster like him but Damien was right.
