Jeremy knew he would not be able to hide things from Louis' keen eyes. In the end, he picked several photos that only had Aurora pictured in them and passed them to Louis. "Has everything been well for her during the past year?" Louis' voice was so hoarse that even Jeremy turned his eyes to Louis when he heard it. His voice was deep and rough, just like how an elderly man would sound. Jeremy was deep in thought. He wondered whether or not it might make Louis lose his will to live if he told him that Aurora was living perfectly well. Similarly, he pondered whether Louis' condition would worsen if he told him the truth that Aurora was not fine at all. Louis could tell that it was bad news since Jeremy hesitated for a long time. "Just say it. I can take it." Jeremy let out a sigh. However, he had decided not to hide the truth anymore. Besides, Louis had the right to know what happened too. He did not show Louis the photos of Aurora, Taylor, Stellan, and Flynn together. Instead, he
