Kayla knew she loved Lance deeply, but doubts still lingered about their ability to build a stable family. Taking a deep breath, she headed downstairs where Lance was reviewing files in the living room. "Lance...I'm pregnant," she announced simply. He looked up, eyes widening. "You're...are you sure?" She nodded, holding up the positive test. In an instant, Lance's face split into a huge grin. He crossed the room and pulled Kayla into a fierce embrace, planting kisses across her face. "This is amazing! A baby...our baby!" He laughed joyfu
