At the mall, Chloe shot Marsha a puzzled look.
"Marsha, what's up with Liliana? She's like a whole different person! She used to dress so plain, and now she's dropping cash like it's nothing."
"She doesn't even bother pretending to care what I think anymore," Marsha said, glaring in the direction Liliana walked off, her eyes practically burning holes through the air.
Chloe huffed. "Aren't Uncle and Auntie being a bit too biased? How could they just hand a black card to that country bumpkin?"
"It probably didn't come from my parents," Marsha frowned.
