Violet went home feeling dejected. She was managing to keep her expression blank. Sandra was there, eager to know how everything went. 'I know that I asked you to be back early but I had not really expected you to come back this early', she said eyeing Violet knowingly. 'You were supposed to be having a great time with your great guy's, she winked but taking a closer look at Violet and seeing her expression, she stopped her tirade. 'Violet, what is it? What happened?' she asked in alarm, recalling her misgivings when Violet was about to go with Damien. Violet slumped on the couch and started crying. She cried and cried and all Sandra's effort to calm her was fruitless. She had bottled up her feelings for so long that now it had been let out, it just did not want to stop.
