Summer's POV
The moment I saw Marina's expression,I had the sinking feeling I wouldn't want to hear what came next.
Then Marina sighed. "His mother took a job at nightclub to try to cover the costs. One night she didn't come home. They found her body three days later—murdered by a Rouge who followed her after her shift."
My heart clenched. "And his father?"
