Chapter 1018 Please Let Me Go
Tamara put on a scared look and wiggled away from him. “Please let me go. I can give you money! My husband is rich. We can give you whatever you want.”
The man paused. He observed her silently, trying to see if she was lying.
Tamara continued, “It’s true. My husband is rich. You must have heard of his business…”
“Well then, tell me.” The man gave Tamara an amused look. He seemed to have fallen for it.
Tamara swallowed as if she was trying to calm herself down. “The Custry Corporation.”
The man thought his ears were playing tricks on him. “What did you say?”
The man widened his eyes at Tamara. She didn’t look like she was lying.
Tamara smiled and repeated, “The Custry Corporation. Have you never heard of it?”
The man paused.
“It’s alright. You’ll come to know him very well soon.” Tamara smirked dangerously. While she was distracting the man, she had already untied her restraints. Now that she knew who was the one who kidnapped her, there was no need to continue with the act.
She grabbed the man by the collar and pulled him in. Before the man could react, she punched his stomach.
The man was stunned by the turn of events. He only came back to his senses when pain shot through him. He grabbed Tamara’s hand and tried to twist it behind her back.
But Tamara saw through his intention. Just when he grabbed her, she dodged and went for his eyes.
The man screamed. He felt like he was going blind!
The man fell to the ground.
When his men heard his screams, they rushed in immediately, only to find their hostage pointing a gun at their leader’s head. She had a foot on top of their leader and was giving them a threatening glare.
When the man heard footsteps rushing in, he ordered his men to open fire immediately. “Shoot her!”
He couldn’t believe that wretched woman had dared to poke him in the eyes. He swore to himself that he would make sure to give her a painful death.
However, his men froze in their spots.
Tamara turned to them and said faintly, “Get out, and I’ll let you off the hook. But if you shoot at me, I’ll make sure to return it tenfold.”
The men were intimidated by Tamara’s domineering aura.
Their guns trembled in their hands.
“Good boys! Now, put down your guns and leave,” smirked Tamara.
Her smirk brought a new devious vibe to her beautiful face.
The men threw their guns away and ran out.
They didn’t want to die.
They could sense how dangerous the woman was.
Tamara returned her attention to the man she was stepping on. She smirked at how pathetic he looked. “You’re very brave. How dare you…”
The man was scared out of his wits. “I’m sorry. I was wrong. I won’t do it again. Please let me go…”
Tamara’s gaze hardened. “You said there were many others before me. How could I possibly let you go?”
With that, Tamara aimed the gun at the man’s groin.
A loud bang echoed through the room.
The man howled in pain. The pain was too much, and the man passed out.
