Chapter 22
Tall and crescent trees stretched like canopies towards the sky, their leaves rustling softly at the gentle breeze.
A majestic waterfall cascaded down a rocky slope, creating a mesmerizing display of sound and emotions.
The air was filled with the scent varieties of beautiful flowers and the earthy aroma of the damp soil. It was the most beautiful thing to see and feel.
"How's it?" Albert asked as he turned to stare at me.
"It's beautiful." I muttered without thinking as I continued to stare around.
I heard Albert's deep throaty laugh; "I knew you would like it." He muttered.
"Come on. Let's set up before it gets dark." He said and he led me further towards the waterfall.
Gets dark? What's going to happen then? He put down the bag he had taken from the car's boot earlier and opened it.
"I always come here to clear my mind whenever I'm in need of it. It works better than any drug you can find." He said as he pulled out a large mat from the bag and laid it on the ground.
"Sit." He offere
