Liora's POV When I opened the door the next morning, Ethan was there, holding a massive bouquet of flowers. His eyes took on a slight shine when he saw me, like that of a lost puppy who finally found its owner. He thrust the flowers at me. "Lio…" I was so shocked I almost closed the door in his face. I thought he'd stop for a few days after the previous night, but he'd recovered barely after one day. "What do you want?" I asked coldly. "I'm sorry, Lio. I promise that won't happen ever again. Did she do this to you before too? Why didn't you tell me?" I stared expressionlessly. Tara's dislike of me was no secret; she'd never bothered to hide it. "Do you care? During the three years of our marriage, you never cared about things like this." I chuckled derisively. "You know what Tara's like, and you know how much she hates me. Everyone knows. Yet you've done nothing but watch from the sidelines." Ethan's eyes reddened. His lips fluttered, but no words came out. Since we got
