Chapter 94

Eliana pinched her thigh roughly such that she was forced to wake up. “What are you doing?” she yelled at Frank, who clearly had malicious intentions towards her, “You’d better get away from me this instant!” “Now, now, don’t you act all prude with me,” Frank clicked his teeth, a wide grin on his face as he approached Eliana, “You should know what I’m going to do with you…” Eliana pushed Frank away with all of her might as she screamed desperately, “Get off me, you dirty man! Someone, anyone...please, help me, HELP ME!!!” Frank scoffed and raised his hand to send a tight slap across Eliana’s face, “It’s useless even if you shout until you lose your voice,” he sneered, “Aidan doesn’t want you anymore - that’s why anyone can claim you as theirs now…” Eliana couldn’t help but think about Aidan at the mention of his name - her heart was momentarily filled with immense hatred and anger. She knew that she couldn’t fight off Frank even if she used all of her strength - as such, Eliana relented and stopped putting up a struggle. Just as Frank thought that he was about to succeed, however, Eliana reached out and squeezed his groin ruthlessly and roughly. Frank immediately felt the pain shoot up from that region - he yelled out, “Ouch...someone, someone please, come in this instant!” A security guard who’d been standing outside immediately rushed in to help Frank up. “Take me to the hospital…” he groaned. Just as the bodyguard was helping him to the door, Frank turned and pointed at Eliana angrily, “Hold on...I want you to beat her...beat her to death!” he ordered furiously. And so, the security guard lurched forward, grabbed Eliana, and began to punch and kick her - Eliana could do nothing but curl up into a ball to try and protect herself. The bodyguard assaulted her so brutally that she almost lost consciousness. Alas, he remembered Aidan’s orders to keep her alive and thus stomped on Eliana’s hand one last time before striding away. Eliana could rely on no one but herself to get up - she clawed at the walls and struggled to support herself up, only to feel her legs go weak once again such that she soon found herself falling towards the ground… Just as she was about to fall onto the ground, however, a pair of hands reached out and grabbed her waist from behind such that Eliana didn’t fall onto the ground - it was Aidan. “Who beat you up like this?” he demanded - half of Eliana’s face was red and swollen. Her right eye was so swollen that she looked like she could barely see out of it. “Help...help Eddie...please…” Eliana begged. She was so concerned about her younger brother that she forgot to ask about Evan. Aidan shot Robert a look - the latter nodded before walking away. He then scooped Eliana up into his arms - just as they were about to leave, however, Robert opened the door of another room in the distance. Eddie’s blood-curdling screams sounded from inside - he sounded so shrill that Eliana couldn’t help but feel a shiver run down her spine. “Don’t move - I’ll take you there.” Aidan reassured when he felt Eliana wriggling slightly in his arms. Robert was standing at the door with a shocked expression on his face - when he realized that Aidan was bringing Eliana over, he hastily warned, “Second Young Master, please don’t look…” Alas, it was too late - Eliana looked inside to see a pool of blood forming under Eddie’s limp and lifeless-looking body. Eliana trembled at the horrific sight for a moment before blood started to trickle down the corner of her lips...soon enough, everything went black.
