Author's POV Moira was speechless when she heard Jude's grandmother insist that they go to the hot springs. Even though she had given various reasons, the decision remained the same: all of them, without exception, would go on vacation and stay at the hot springs resort. With a heavy heart, Moira, who did not even look at Jude, accepted her grandmother's decision. She packed her belongings into a small suitcase and made sure everything she wanted to bring was inside. She didn't bother with Jude's needs because he was nobody now, even though their marriage was still ongoing and they weren't officially divorced yet, Moira had long since stopped thinking of Jude as she once did since he was chewting on her. Her presence in the house was merely a formality to maintain Jude's reputation in front of his family. Consider it a mutualistic symbiosis, although Jude was certainly the one who benefited more.
