Rescued

It was as if I had fallen into an abyss of ice and snow, and a piercing cold wrapped around me. But after a long time, the ice and snow that covered me melted. Replacing it with heat, I was like a prisoner who had just been caught from the freezing cold and roasted on the stake. The outer part of my body was hot from the fire, but the inside of my body was as cold as ice. In my daze, I heard the sound of someone talking, first a man's voice. "Will she ever wake up?"
