Elaria lowered her eyes. "It hasn't hurt for a long time."
Sebastian's gaze darkened. "If it doesn't hurt, then why were you crying on the side of the road? Elaria, you could've just..."
She cut him off, voice cold. "Cry in your arms? Sebastian, your arms are too crowded."
He wanted to say something, to explain-but in the end, he said nothing.
