"The healer said you're all set to go today, Liora, but I have some errands to run this afternoon. I'll have my driver take you home, okay?"
Sarah packed my things for me, murmuring apologies the whole time.
After a few days in the clinic, I was feeling much better, though occasional waves of dizziness still lingered.
I took my luggage from her. "I'll just grab a cab home. Honestly, I can't thank you enough for everything."
Sarah laughed, a warm, genuine sound. "Alright, if you really mean that, then you owe me a fancy dinner next time, okay?"
