On my 23rd birthday, my brother, Eric Welsh, becomes the richest man in the country. During the grand birthday party he throws for the housekeeper's daughter, Fiona Dobler, he announces that she will receive the sole attention of the Welsh family. Meanwhile, I have only a month left to live because of my faulty artificial heart, and I can't find a matching donor. While I'm being tormented physically and mentally, I video call him.
