"I don't want to do this right now." Dad hisses, shaking his head. "I need to find my sons." "Well, I need to find my brothers! They're not just your family, Dad! They're mine, too!" "Enough! Enough." Uncle Jerry gets between us. "Alanna, you need to calm down. I understand that this is a shock. We never should have lied to you...but we have more urgent matters to attend to. Every second we spend arguing, is a second wasted. We have to find them." "Nora told you for a reason." Dad continues tersely. "She's trying to get you to forgive her son, so you can come back to her pack and live happily ever after. It's a dirty tactic." "It may be a low blow, but at-least somebody told me the truth!" I snarl, stepping back and grabbing a chair. I throw it against the wall with excessive force, letting it break into pieces. "Don't let this drive a wedge between us, Alanna. They want you to become their Luna, so they can keep you wrapped up in cotton wool. You
