CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-EIGHT - BETRAYAL’S CLIMAX
As the festival continued into the evening, Freya and Anna found themselves at the center of it all. They danced with the villagers, shared stories around the fire, and laughed until their sides ached.
When it came time for Freya to address the crowd, she surprised everyone by pulling Anna up beside her.
"Ulfheim," Freya began, her voice carrying across the now-hushed room. "We have faced a great challenge these past weeks. The blizzard tested us in ways we never imagined. But we survived. More than that, we came together. We supported each other, we shared what little we had, and we emerged stronger for it."
She paused, her gaze sweeping across the gathered faces. "I am proud to be your Luna. But I am even prouder to be a part of this community. And I want to take a moment to recognize someone who, though new to our village, has proven herself to be one of us in every way that matters."
