Chapter 928 Tyrant Blade

Kirin Summers took out his cell phone and dialed a number. Quickly enough, Prof’s adulating voice was heard. “Hello, Young Master! How are you, Young Master?” “Damn you, Prof, is the laboratory ready?” asked Kirin. “The research into a perfect Red Spider is both my mother’s and my dream.” “Relax, Young Master, everything is ready and in place,” replied Prof. “As soon as the bone marrow arrives, I have absolute conviction that I can recreate a flawless Red Spider.” “Tsk, tsk, tsk.” The strange laughter once again heard from Kirin. He then said, “Great. The bone marrow will be there soon enough.” Over at the iron boat, Luc Mills poured himself a glass of wine and took a sniff of it. He then reached out for the few remaining peanuts left on the plate. He did not drink the wine and retracted his hand from the plate. Nearby, Tyr’s boat had arrived. The wooden boot was pushed below the waterline as Tyr, with a forceful stomp, leaped up and onto the iron boat deck. “The wine is not chilled anymore.” Luc shook his head and slammed his hand onto the table. The huge and sudden force sent the peanuts into the air. He then swung his hands, and the peanuts shot out at Tyr like bullets. Tyr squinted and dodged the peanuts with one quick turn of his body. “For you.” Luc flung his hands again, and the bottle of remaining wine shot at Tyr. Tyr caught the bottle awkwardly with outstretched hands but did not proceed to drink the mead. Instead, he emptied the contents into Pine River and dumped the bottle into the river as well. “I am not drinking with you since I don’t see you as a friend. This half-bottle of wine is a toast to the thirty and more human lives you took away from the Yoder family. “You were treated well under the patronage of the Yoder family. Yet, you bit the hands that fed you in the end. Together with a few other clans, you killed the Yoder family and took away so many lives! You are worse than an animal!” “Hahaha!” Luc burst out laughing, showing how he did not regret everything he had done. “Winner takes all!” Immediately Luc grabbed hold of the edge of the table and flipped it. The table did a few flips in the air before crashing down onto Tyr. Tyr shattered the table with a punch. Little words were exchanged as the battle was about to begin. “Tyr Summers. We are ending our feud today! “Either you die, or I do!” Luc, who had been prepared all these time, leaped toward Tyr. Immediately, they exchanged hands and it was a sight to behold. There was nothing fancy when true fighters battle each other. Every punch was genuine and true to strength. In the blink of an eye, they had exchanged a dozen punches, with Tyr firmly having the upper hand. “Luc Mills, known to be the third strongest fighter in the north. However, as I see it, you cannot even be considered in the top ten in the south! “You… are too weak!” Boom! Tyr’s fist landed heavily on Luc’s chest. A dull yet thunderous crash could be heard as Luc was sent flying away before crashing onto the floor, rolling. Clasping his chest, Luc felt deep pain and immediately spat out blood. Before Spectre and Jumbo’s fight with Tyr, Luc didn’t think that Tyr was any much stronger than he was. However, after learning of both Spectre and Jumbo’s defeat, he realized that he might not be Tyr’s match. That was why he had requested Red Spider from Kirin before the battle, all so he had the confidence to defeat Tyr. Luc got it right. Yet, Tyr was way stronger than he initially thought. With a quick whoosh, Luc had the Golden Ring Knife firmly in his grasps. It was Luc’s most powerful weapon and had been with him for a long time. For a fighter like Luc, he might have been one with the Golden Ring Knife. “Golden Ring Knife!” With a loud roar, the golden chains on the knife jangled. When he brought it down onto Tyr, it was as if a blinding light had appeared over Tyr’s head. Clearly feeling the overwhelming threat from the Golden Ring Knife, Tyr could perceive the deadliness of the knife even if he was a few meters away. He dared not take it lightly. Taking a step back, he ducked. His quick reflex allowed him to dodge the slash and follow up with a kick to Luc’s abdomen. With a loud bang, Luc was sent crashing into the floor once again. “Crap!” Over at the yacht not too far away, Kirin held a pair of binoculars near his eyes, focusing intently on the battle. He did not stop swearing and cursing ever since the battle began. He was totally dissatisfied with Luc’s performance. After all, he was completely dominated by Tyr from the get-go and the chance of him emerging victorious seemed close to none. Nobody knew if Luc was too weak, or Tyr was stronger still. Anyway, both conclusions were hard for Kirin to swallow. “Damn it! Why aren’t you taking Red Spider?” With eager eyes, Kirin smashed the binoculars onto the floor and said, “Inject the damned Red Spider, Luc Mills!” Luc spat out a mouthful of blood once again. He finally realized the huge gap between Tyr and himself. Veins bulged on his forehead, and beads of sweat wetted his body. He stood up, quickly conditioned his rousing rage, and charged at Tyr again. “Tyrant Blade!” As if Luc had put all of his powers into the overwhelming slash of blade. The knife seemed to be alive for a moment and seemed to be roaring somehow.
